Install Dbp Gimp Windows Installer

I was looking for any alternatives to Adobe Photoshop to install on my laptop. I downloaded GIMP but could not install on my Windows 7 (64 bit). It says this file is. Dec 20, 2014. Gimp-plugin-export-layers - GIMP plug-in that exports layers as separate images. Using Gimp 2.8.14 64 bit. Have installed export_layers.py export_layers (folder) to: C: Program Files Gimp-2.8 lib gimp 2.0 plug-ins. 'dbp.exe' is a different plug-in, most likely it's David's Batch Processor.
