The product is simple enough to use and the instructions are pretty clear in the manual. I got it set up and connected in no time. The problem is that the bandwidth is horrendous. No matter how close I am to the router, it literally takes minutes to load a webpage. Network status shows a great connection but any attempt to load a webpage or download something is met with speeds that would be considered bad on dial-up. I attempted to download an updated driver from the Encore site and had the same results. Another user having the same issue (over at Newegg) was able to get a hold of Encore support and they provided him with an updated driver which seemed to solve his issue.
